The AT B-300 terminates and converts the two-wire U-Interface that comes from the telephone company to a four-wire S/T-Interface to provide ISDN Telephones, Video Conferencing Systems, or other ISDN CPE devices access to BRI ISDN services.
The AT B-300 is offered as a single unit with no powering or as a kit with an 8W external power supply with cables. The 8W Power Supply (110Vac, 60Hz), provides power to the AT B-300 and provides ITU Standard Power Source 2 (PS2) power through the S/T-Interface to the ISDN CPE. The AT B-300 with 8W Power Supply is ideal for ISDN telephone or Video Conferencing Systems applications. The TA B-300 single unit is compatible with the SEI PR300 Series and Lucent NT1 B-310 rack mount and is ideal for these rack mount applications.
The AT B-300 conforms to industry standard 2B1Q line code for the U-Interface; ANSI T1.601-1992. The S/T-Interface conforms to T1.605-1991; ITU/CCITT I.430 standards; and is a FCC, DOC, CUL, and CE approved device. Its reliable design protects against lightning and power surges.
